TekkenOverlay Installation Tutorial
TekkenOverlay is a mod for Tekken 8 that provides a variety of useful features, such as frame data, hitboxes, throw techs, and allows to uncap your FPS to more than 60. This tutorial will walk you through the steps on how to install TekkenOverlay on your PC.
Disclaimer: This software is not a cheat, it allows for unlocking your in-game performance for smoother gameplay and a better experience. We will never support the use of cheats in multiplayer games
Prerequisites:
- Tekken 8 installed
- A 64-bit Windows PC
- Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022 (x64)
Installation Steps:
- Download and Installation
- Download the latest version of TekkenOverlay from the GitHub page: Github Link Direct link
- Extract the contents of the ZIP file to a folder of your choice.
- Run the
TekkenOverlay.exeinstaller and follow the on-screen instructions.
Configuring TekkenOverlay:
- Launching TekkenOverlay:
Method 1: Shortcut (recommended):
- A "TekkenOverlay" shortcut will be created on your desktop.
- Double-click the shortcut to launch TekkenOverlay.
Method 2: Manual launch:
- Navigate to the TekkenOverlay installation folder.
- Run
tekken-overlay.exeas administrator.
- Game configuration:
- Launch Tekken 8.
- Press the
Insertkey during the game to display the TekkenOverlay configuration menu. - You can enable and disable various features, change keyboard shortcuts, and customize the appearance of the overlay.
